A second official meeting took place on Monday between representatives of Ilfov County Council and the delegation from Zhejiang Province, People’s Republic of China.

• The Chinese delegation – represented by Xu Wenguang , Vice Governor of Zhejiang Province, Chen Haitao, Deputy Director General, Development and Reform Commission of Zhejiang Province, Wu Hongmei, President, Development and Planning Institute of Zhejiang Province, Wang Hongwei, Deputy Director General, International Affairs Department of Zhejiang Province, Kong Dequan, Director of Industrial Development Division of Zhejiang Province Development and Reform Commission, Lang Jinhuan, Director of Macroeconomic Research Institute of Development and Planning Institute of Zhejiang Province, Liu Yindong, Deputy Director, Zhejiang Provincial Government Office, Hu Huilei, Vice President of Zhejiang Province Diaspora Federation, Yuan Yiqing, Interpreter, International Affairs Department of Zhejiang Province – discussed the most important projects that the Ilfov County Council team is implementing, projects that target the infrastructure, research and education segments, namely, the Intermodal Node at Moara Vlăsiei, Măgurele Science Park and the Educational Campus at Măgurele.

• This meeting is an excellent opportunity to strengthen bilateral relations and to identify concrete possibilities for collaboration and exchange of experience.

Establishing a collaborative relationship with representatives from Zhejiang Province will contribute to the sustainable socio-economic development of the county by transforming investment opportunities into economic realities to generate economic growth and new jobs in Ilfov County.
