The National Administration „Apele Romane” (ANAR) is organizing a public auction for the rental of 83 beach sub-sectors for a period of 10 years, the areas being located in the resorts of Navodari, Mamaia, Constanta, Tuzla and Vama Veche.

According to a press release from the institution, sent to AGERPRES on Tuesday, the 83 beach sub-sectors have two types of destinations: beach for tourist leisure (recreation) and beach for leisure with a sports function, respectively nautical leisure with/without motor.

The area leased is 75.71 hectares, respectively: 36.6637 hectares (beaches leased for recreational purposes) and 39.055 hectares (beaches leased for sports purposes).

Bids are submitted between March 5 and March 25, the deadline being March 25, 4:00 p.m. Bids will be opened between March 31, 2025 and April 3, 2025, 10:00 a.m.

„Thus, ANAR supports economic operators to allow them to arrange beach areas in advance,” the press release points out.
