Permanent Electoral Authority transfers parties over RON 22 million in June

The Permanent Electoral Authority (AEP) transferred a total amount of RON 22,131,414.18 to the accounts of the political parties this month.

According to an AEP press release, the Social Democratic Party received the largest subsidy, amounting to RON 8,521,038.90, followed by the National Liberal Party to whose accounts the AEP transferred the amount of RON 7,223,695.45.

Third in terms of subsidies granted by AEP in June is the Union Save Romania with an amount of RON 3,894,141.35.

The Alliance for Romanians’ Union received from AEP the amount of RON 1,724,591.27.

The other two parties that received grants from the AEP are the People’s Movement Party, RON 445,827.83, and the PRO Romania Party, RON 322,119.38.
