The resignations from Hidroelectrica were not a coincidence, said on Thursday the Minister of Investments and European Projects, Dragos Pislaru, noting that „this Government is no longer playing around” with corporate governance.
„Reforms are a very interesting discussion. And yes, we are making investments, which until recently was becoming slightly implausible, and we risk losing money on reforms. So this is a separate discussion, where energies are really still to be mobilized… I know, for example, that the resignations from Hidroelectrica were not a coincidence, to state a very clear matter. I know that this Government is no longer playing around with corporate governance,” declared Dragos Pislaru, at a specialized event.
In this context, he was also asked about the special pension reform. „We are waiting for the final decision from God and the Constitutional Court. All in all, the reforms we have, legislative or assumed, on the one hand, the good news is that at least we have simplified them. Now we no longer have all sorts of intermediate things to distract our attention, and this is now the final closure with the European Commission, but what is important is that we are now in a monitoring system in which almost every week we look at those that are at risk,” added Pislaru.
