„We all hoped, until the last moment, that our compatriot trapped in the collapsed building in Rome yesterday would be saved. The rescue teams, in extremely dangerous conditions, managed to pull him out of the rubble after 12 hours of efforts, but it was too late for him. Condolences to the family and those who knew him, thanks to the Italian rescue teams for the courage with which they intervened,” wrote Ilie Bolojan, on Tuesday, in a message on the Government’s Facebook page.
