PM Bolojan, welcomed with military honours at Austrian Federal Chancellery

Prime Minister Ilie Bolojan, who is paying an official visit to Austria, was welcomed at the Federal Chancellery on Ballhausplatz by his counterpart Christian Stocker during a ceremony with military honours on Thursday.

After the national anthems of the two countries were played, the guard of honour was reviewed.

The two heads of government will hold a tęte-ŕ-tęte meeting followed by a plenary session with the two delegations.

The discussions, focused mainly on energy interconnection projects, will be followed by a joint press conference by the two officials.

Later, Prime Minister Bolojan will attend a working lunch with business representatives.

On his official visit to Vienna, the head of the Bucharest Executive is accompanied by Foreign Affairs Minister Oana Toiu and Energy Minister Bogdan Ivan. AGERPRES
