„I am saddened by the news about the tragic fire in the city of Kocani in North Macedonia, which took the lives of many young people. On behalf of the Government of Romania, I send my condolences to those affected by this tragedy. We share the pain with the North Macedonians and we are ready to offer them support, standing in solidarity with them in these difficult times,” prime minister Marcel Ciolacu wrote on the X platform on Sunday.
