Chairman of the National Liberal Party (PNL) and Prime Minister Nicolae Ciuca stated on Monday that US President Joe Biden’s visit to Kyiv is important and conveys solidarity and the further support of the international community for Ukraine, according to Agerpres.

„It is a very important visit, which conveys the message of solidarity and the further support which the international community shall grant to Ukraine, regardless of the development of the situation in the field,” the prime minister stated at the end of the PNL Executive Bureau meeting.

US President Joe Biden paid a surprise-visit to the capital of Ukraine, Kyiv, in a major demonstration of support a few days before marking one year since the start of the Russian invasion in Ukraine, on 24 February 2022, context in which Moscow is carrying out a massive attack on the eastern front of Ukraine, according to news agencies.
