The president of the National Liberal Party (PNL), Nicolae Ciuca, said on Wednesday, in Alba Iulia, about his candidacy for Romania’s Presidency, that first one must see the results of the local elections on June 9 and the process within the party on this topic.

„First, let’s see how the local elections end, and then we’ll see how the process within the party is completed. (…) I am considering running, of course, yes”, answered the PNL leader when asked by a journalist whether he would run for the position of the President of Romania.
