Prime Minister Nicolae Ciuca announced on Friday that, during the telephone conversation with Benjamin Netanyahu, the president of the Likud party, the possibility was discussed of the next Romania-Israel governmental meeting to be organized in Bucharest, after the formation of the new Israeli government, according to Ageropres.

„This format of discussions ensures the continuity of the implementation of joint projects in the fields of health, water management, agriculture and cyber-security, where there is room for the development of collaboration, against the background of future challenges,” premier Ciuca wrote in a post on his Facebook page.

According to the prime minister, the government’s actions are supported by the contacts between the Romanian and Israeli peoples, by the community of Israeli citizens originating in Romania, „a strong link in the development of the close partnership between Romania and Israel”.
