People’s confidence in the Romanian state comes from the confidence that they have in the state’s interface, President Nicusor Dan conveyed on Wednesday to the young graduates of the Police Academy.

The head of state attended the ceremony awarding the rank of second lieutenant/sub-inspector of police to graduates of the „Alexandru Ioan Cuza” Police Academy – „Mihai Viteazul” class of 2025.

„I want to congratulate you for the work you have chosen,” the president stated.

He spoke to the youngsters about the responsibility they have.

„I believe that you are not aware of how big is the responsibility that you have. The people’s confidence in the Romanian state comes from the confidence that they have in the interface of the Romanian state they are interacting with and these will be you. (…) If you do this as you have been taught, it shall be a great professional satisfaction,” Nicusor Dan pointed out.
