President Klaus Iohannis signed on Monday the decree regarding the promulgation of the state budget law for 2023, according to Agerpres.
The state budget for 2023 is set for revenues in the amount of 275,690.8 million lei, and for expenses in the amount of 596,397.7 million lei in commitment appropriations and 353,640.7 million lei in budget credits, with a deficit of 77,949.9 million lei.
The budget is configured on an economic framework with an economic increase of 2.8 percent, estimated for next year.
Moreover, the head of state promulgated the state social insurance budget law for 2023.
For 2023, the state social insurance budget related to the public pension system is established for revenues in the amount of 111,502,131 thousand lei, and for expenses in the amount of 111,502,131 thousand lei for budget credits and 111,522,133 thousand lei for commitment appropriations. The insurance system for work accidents and occupational diseases is set for revenues in the amount of 199,819 thousand lei, and for expenses in the amount of 155,455 thousand lei, both for commitment appropriations and budget credits, with a surplus of 44,364 thousand lei.
The unemployment insurance budget, corresponding to the unemployment insurance system, is set for revenues in the amount of 2,157,134 thousand lei, and for expenses in the amount of 2,157,134 thousand lei for budget credits and 2,133,111 thousand lei for commitment appropriations.
