Presidential adviser Ligia Deca, proposed by Liberals as Minister of Education

Ligia Deca, currently presidential adviser is the National Liberal Party (PNL) leadership’s proposal for the office of Minister of Education, according to Agerpres.

According to some liberal sources, there were 2 abstentions from the vote.

Sorin Cimpeanu resigned from the position of Education minister last Thursday.

On Friday, President Klaus Iohannis signed the decree appointing the Minister of Research, Innovation and Digitization, Sebastian Burduja, as Acting Minister of Education.
