Retail trade volume in Romania advances 4.5% nine months into 2022

Retail trade volume, except trade of motor vehicles and motorcycles, increased by 4.5% in Romania, between January 1 and October 31, 2022, both unadjusted and as adjusted series depending on the number of business days and seasonality, show data published on Tuesday by the National Institute of Statistics (INS), Agerpres reports.

According to the same source, the retail trade volume, except for trade of motor vehicles and motorcycles, gross series, dropped 1.4% in October 2022 against the previous month.

Overall, the retail trade volume, except for trade of motor vehicles and motorcycles, series adjusted depending on the number of business days and seasonality, increased by 0.5% in October 2022 against the previous month.

Moreover, the retail trade volume, except for the trade of motor vehicles and motorcycles, gross series, increased by 4.5%, overall, in October 2022 against the same month of 2021.

The retail trade volume, except for the trade of motor vehicles and motorcycles, series adjusted depending on the number of business days and seasonality, increased by 4.2%, overall, in October 2022 against October 2021.
