„There should be no impunity for the international crimes committed during the illegal war of Russia against Ukraine. Romania fully supports the work and efforts of the International Criminal Court. No peace without justice!” the head of Romanian diplomacy wrote on Twitter on Friday.

The International Criminal Court on Friday issued an arrest warrant for Russian President Vladimir Putin for his responsibility regarding the alleged war crimes committed in Ukraine, since the start of the large-scale Russian invasion in the neighboring country, Reuters and AFP report.

Vladimir Putin is presumed responsible for the war crime of illegal deportation of the population (children) and illegal transfer of the population (children) from the occupied areas of Ukraine to the Russian Federation.
