Romanian PM Ciuca congratulates the new ITU Secretary-General

Romanian Prime Minister Nicolae Ciuca reacted on Twitter, after the member States of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) have elected Doreen Bogdan-Martin of the United States of America as the organization’s next Secretary-General.

„Romania – host of ITU Plenipotentiary Conference #plenipot was a witness of history today. Congratulations to Doreen Bogdan-Martin ITUBDTDirector newly-elected ITU Sec-Gen. We continue to work together to implement digital transformation & develop the telecom sector”, Nicolae Ciuca wrote on Twitter.
