Romania’s Ambassador to South Africa Monica-Cecilia Sitaru also gets accreditation to Zambia

President Klaus Iohannis signed on Thursday the decree regarding the accreditation of Monica-Cecilia Sitaru, as ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary of Romania to the Republic of South Africa, the Republic of Botswana, the Union of the Comoros, the Republic of Seychelles, the Republic of Madagascar, the Republic of Mauritius, the Republic Mozambique and the Kingdom of Lesotho, and as ambassador to the Republic of Zambia, with residence in Pretoria, according to Agerpres.

Monica-Cecilia Sitaru was accredited in May 2021 as ambassador to the Republic of South Africa, in September of the same year to the Republic of Botswana, the Union of the Comoros and the Republic of Seychelles, and in December to the Republic of Madagascar. In August 2022, she was also accredited to Mauritius. In January this year, the ambassador was also accredited to Mozambique and in February to Lesotho.
