Senate acting President Alina Gorghiu to visit Republic of Moldova

Senate acting President Alina Gorghiu will visit the Republic of Moldova between December 1 and 3, where she will attend the opening of the „Art Safari – Masters of Romanian Art” exhibition at the invitation of deputy director of the Romanian Cultural Institute in Chisinau, Narcis-Ionut Afrasina, according to Agerpres.

According to the memorandum approved on Monday by the Senate’s Standing Bureau, the program of the visit also includes a meeting with the President of the Moldovan Parliament Igor Grosu.

Alina Gorghiu will be accompanied by Gheorghe Alecsei – the general director of the Directorate-General for Foreign Parliamentary Cooperation, and Georgiana Savu – advisor with the Cabinet of the Senate President.
