SocDem Fifor appointed chair of Romanian Parliament’s standing delegation to NATO PA

Social Democratic Party (PSD) MP Mihai Fifor has been appointed full member and chair of the standing delegation of the Romanian Parliament to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly, according to a decision passed on Tuesday at a joint session of the Chamber of Deputies and the Senate.

Fifor is replacing PSD Senator Vasile Dincu following the latter’s resignation, according to a bill amending an annex to the Decision of the Romanian Parliament 11/2021 approving the nominal composition and leadership of the standing delegation of the Romanian Parliament to the NATO Parliamentary Assembly.
