Sociologist Alfred Bulai detained

Sociologist Alfred Bulai, a former professor at National School of Political and Administrative Studies (SNSPA), was detained on Wednesday after being heard at the 2nd Police Station in Bucharest in the case regarding the abusive use of office for sexual purposes and sexual assault.

Prosecutors of the Public Prosecutor’s Office near the District 1 Court searched on Wednesday the home and car of Alfred Bulai.

Also on Wednesday, raids took place at the homes of two other people.

Investigators are conducting in rem investigations into suspected offenses of misuse of office for sexual purposes and sexual assault.

According to a journalistic investigation by Snoop website, Alfred Bulai allegedly sexually harassed several female students.
