Sorin Grindeanu on Siegfried Mureșan: They have no programme; they have a rotation deal. They have no programme; they have a rotation deal. I understand that Mr Mureșan has a habit of taking “time to think”. Very well. Perhaps afterwards he will come up with something more than the summer programme “Down with PSD”, says the PSD president.
- “They have no programme; they have a rotation deal. After keeping the country at a standstill for four and a half months in order to remain in office, I expected the prime minister-designate and the leaders of the right to have already prepared something elementary: a plan for Romania.
A plan that would tell us how they intend to turn the economy around, what fiscal policy they are proposing, and what measures they have to protect purchasing power, support investment and preserve jobs.
And, above all, whether they intend to continue the Bolojan Government’s austerity policy or change course, as Romanians have demanded.
Instead, before we have seen Siegfried Mureșan’s programme, we can already see the old reflex of PNL and USR: dividing up positions and power.
I understand that Mr Mureșan has a habit of taking “time to think”. Very well. Perhaps afterwards he will come up with something more than the summer programme “Down with PSD”.
In the meantime, the leu has lost ground against the euro since Mr Mureșan’s designation.
PSD is firm: first the programme for Romania, first the measures for Romanians,” says Sorin Grindeanu.
