The biggest prize in the history of LOTO 6/49, over 10 million euros, won on Sunday

The biggest prize in the history of the LOTO 6/49 game, worth over 50 million RON (over 10.10 million euros), was won on Sunday with a ticket played in Bucharest’s Sector 6, Loteria Romana informs, write Agerpres.

The ticket cost 469.50 RON.

„The ticket was completed as follows: in zone A with the reduced scheme code 50, in zone B 7 numbers were played and in zone C also the reduced scheme code 50 was played, in total 67 variants, the ticket price being 469.50 RON,” states the source.

In addition to the first category prize, the lucky ticket also registered 23 third category prizes totaling 9,791.1 RON and 24 fourth category prizes totaling 720 RON.

„This is the first category I win obtained this year at LOTO 6/49. The last time, the category I prize at Loto 6/49 was won on 03.11.2022 and was worth 19,198,843.92 RON (over 4 million euros, ed. n.),” the Romanian Lottery press release states.

According to the Regulation regarding the organization and administration of traditional lotto games, the winner has 90 days from the date of the draw to claim the money.
