The „Rabla for Tractors” program starts on Monday, and will last for one week or until the budget allocated for the session is exhausted, and applicants can apply online, through the computer application, informs the Environmental Fund Administration (AFM).

The documents requested to be uploaded to the computer application are: the financing application; the applicant’s identity document, valid at the time of registration in the application; the tax attestation certificate regarding payment obligations to the state budget, issued in the applicant’s name by the specialized territorial body of the Ministry of Finance, valid at the time of in the application; the tax attestation certificate regarding local taxes and fees and other local budget revenues, issued in the applicant’s name by the local public authority in whose territorial jurisdiction he/she has his/her residence, valid at the time of registration in the application; the producer’s certificate, issued in the applicant’s name, valid at the time of registration in the application.
„Certificates issued in electronic format will be uploaded to the application in the same format in which they were issued by the issuing authorities/institutions. Documents representing scans/images of the document issued in electronic format will not be accepted. The financing application will be downloaded from the application, completed by word processing and, subsequently, uploaded without being signed. The application does not allow the modification/replacement/elimination of documents uploaded by the applicant, a natural person – agricultural producer, in the registration session. An applicant can register only once during a registration session, for the purchase of a single tractor or self-propelled agricultural machine, including the related agricultural accessories,” specifies the AFM.
Last week, the Administration announced that it had published on the institution’s website, in the Financing Programs – Tractor Rabla section, the list of 121 dealers validated to participate in the program.
The purpose of the new program is to support agricultural producers who carry out their activity in the field of primary agricultural production, in order to purchase tractors and self-propelled agricultural machines, including new, less polluting agricultural accessories.
AFM representatives mentioned that, in the program, ATVs, UTVs and agricultural drones are not eligible for financing.
The aid intensity represents 65% of the purchase value of the new tractor and/or self-propelled agricultural machine, including the related agricultural accessories, and in the case of young farmers, the aid intensity is 80% of the purchase value of the new tractor and/or self-propelled agricultural machine, including the related agricultural accessories.
At the same time, the state aid will be granted to the applicant who meets the eligibility conditions, subject to the handing over of a used vehicle for scrapping and the payment of the own contribution. The aid intensity represents 65% of the purchase value of the new tractor and/or self-propelled agricultural machine, including the related agricultural accessories, and in the case of young farmers, the aid intensity is 80% of the purchase value of the new tractor and/or self-propelled agricultural machine, including the related agricultural accessories.
The purchase value of the tractor/self-propelled agricultural machine, including the related agricultural accessories, must not exceed the equivalent in RON of 55,000 euros, VAT included.
