According to a press release issued on Tuesday, a Ukrainian national driving a semi-trailer truck, loaded, according to the documents accompanying the cargo, with rolls of tin, bound for Ukraine, showed up control at the Negru Voda Border Crossing Point.

„Following the checks carried out, the joint control team made up of Romanian and Bulgarian border guards discovered two foreign nationals hiding in the cargo compartment of the semi-trailer. During the checks, our officials established that they are Syrian citizens, aged 49 and 26 years respectively,” reads the Coast Guard press release.
