The new framework contract, which will regulate the conditions for providing medical assistance, medicines and medical devices within the social health insurance system, which should enter into force on July 1, will have a a series of changes, but not spectacular ones, through which uninsured people will have the same rights as insured people, by virtue of the fact that the Constitution says that we are all equal, the president of the National Health Insurance House (CNAS), Dr. Valeria Herdea declared on Wednesday, in central Targu Mures.
The president of CNAS specified, at the working meeting organized at the Prefect’s Institution – Mures County, that there is a promise from the World Bank that these services will be paid for.
Herdea also said that although she knows the system very well, both from the position of a patient and from the position of a doctor, there are many problems, but she focuses on finding solutions.
