Jens Stoltenberg expresses NATO’s solidarity with Romania, after discovery of drone parts

The Secretary General of NATO, Jens Stoltenberg, expressed the Alliance’s solidarity with Romania, in a telephone conversation with the President of Romania, Klaus Johannis, after parts of a drone were found on the country’s territory, write Agerpres.

In a message posted on the social network X on Saturday, the NATO official said that there is no indication of the intention to hit NATO, but the attacks are destabilizing. I welcome the US decision to deploy more F-16 aircraft as part of NATO’s air policing. We stand in solidarity with Romania, Stoltenberg wrote.
