One group of Romanians stuck in Dubai International Airport, returns to Romania

One of the two groups of Romanian citizens stuck in Dubai International Airport returned to the country on Thursday, with a flight that operated from Abu Dhabi, announced the Ministry of Foreign Affairs (MAE).

The representatives of the airline with which they should have been transported ensured the movement of the Romanian citizens from Dubai to Abu Dhabi.

The second group of Romanian citizens was supported by the tourism agency with accommodations until a solution is identified for returning to Romania, by means of air travel.

Also, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, a third group of Romanian citizens that requested support from the Consulate General of Romania in Dubai received accommodations until their return to Romania.
