The mechanism regarding the implementation of the European minimum wage will start from July 1, on Friday said prime minister Marcel Ciolacu, adding that the ordinance in this regard was issued.

„You see that I have entered the implementation procedure. The minister will explain very clearly. I have also given the ordinance,” Ciolacu said.

He added that the actual mechanism will start from July 1.

„Yes, the mechanism begins. I think there must be something predictable and a very clear mechanism, especially since now it will be a European-level mechanism,” the prime minister said.
