LOCAL ELECTION 2024/Provisional results of vote for Bucharest mayor

Incumbent Nicusor Dan tops the vote for Bucharest general mayor with a score of 47.56%, followed by Gabriela Firea – 22.18%, Cristian Popescu Piedone – 15.48%, Sebastian Burduja – 7.77%, and Mihai Enache – 3.04%, according to the provisional results presented on Tuesday morning by the Permanent Electoral Authority.

The results according to centralized data from 1,215 polling stations posted on the website prezenta.roaep.ro are as follows:

Nicusor Dan – 47.56% (326,568 votes)

Gabriela Firea (Social Democratic Party) – 22.18% (152,325)

Cristian Popescu Piedone (Humanist Social Liberal Party) – 15.48% (106,300)

Sebastian Burduja (National Liberal Party) – 7.77% (53,385)

Mihai Enache (Alliance for the Union of Romanians) – 3.04% (20,847)

Diana Sosoaca (SOS Romania) – 2.53% (17,395)

Alexandru Panisoara (Ecologist Party of Romania) – 0.55% (3,772)

Filip Constantin Titian – 0.46% (3,161)

Dorin Iacob (Right Alternative Party) – 0.43% (2,953)

According to the Central Electoral Bureau, the voter turnout in Bucharest was 41.31 percent.
