Bucharest stocks open higher most of the indices

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) on Tuesday opened with increases on most indices, and the value of transactions amounted to 3 million RON (615,546 euros), after the first 30 minutes from the start of the session.

The main BET index, which shows the evolution of the 20 most liquid companies, recorded an appreciation of 0.33%, and the BET-Plus index, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares from the BVB, registered an advance of 0.31% .

At the same time, the extended blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid securities, rose by 0.28%, while the performance benchmark of investment funds, BET-BK, appreciated by 0.15%.

The BET-FI index of SIFs was down by 0.01%, and the BET-NG, the index of 10 companies in the energy and utilities sector, recorded an advance of 0.17%.

The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 representative companies on the AeRO market, was down by 0.22%.

According to BVB data, AAGES (+2.19%), Farmaceutica Remedia (+1.76%) and Safetech Innovations (+1.22%) recorded the biggest increases in the value of shares.

At the opposite end, Romcab (-6.55%), Electroaparataj (-5.43%) and Bermas (-1.98%) shares were down.
