Almost 12,000 job openings reported in Bucharest

As many as 11,983 job openings are available in Bucharest between October 30 and November 6, 2024, the Bucharest Employment Agency (AMOFM) informed on Wednesday.

According to data provided by business operators, 632 of the openings are for people with higher education, 1,017 for people with secondary education, 5,805 for skilled workers and 4,529 for unskilled workers.

AMOFM Bucharest, according to Law 76/2002 on the unemployment insurance system and the stimulation of employment, amended and subsequently supplemented, provides the labour mediation service through which employers are put in touch with job seekers in order to establish employment or service relationships.

The agency advertises the job openings reported by employers for job seeker. The labour mediation service is provided free of charge.
