Chairman of the Romania Senate Nicolae Ciuca on Saturday, November 9, International Day Against Fascism and Anti-Semitism, sent a message in which he says that anti-Semitism is not a problem of the past only, but a present reality that requires „firm and continuous actions.”

„Today, November 9, we mark International Day Against Fascism and Anti-Semitism, a day dedicated to commemorating the victims and reaffirming our commitment against hatred and discrimination. In the current context, we are witnessing worrying anti-Semitic actions. Such events remind us that anti-Semitism is not just a problem of the past, but a present reality that requires firm and continuous action,” Ciuca wrote in a social media post.
