PM’s Control Body completes verifications on procedures for organisation of Dacian treasure exhibition in the Netherlands

Published on

The Prime Minister’s Control Body has completed verifications at the National Museum of Romanian History and the Ministry of Culture on the procedures applied for the organization of the Dacian treasure exhibition at the Drents Museum in Assen – the Netherlands, Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu told the press before Thursday’s government meeting.

Ciolacu did not want to provide details from the preliminary report drawn up by the control body’s experts, saying only that there are elements that suggest that activities were hastened so that the exhibition could be opened on a certain date.

He also said that the findings of the verification will be submitted to the General Prosecutor’s Office.
