The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) opened Monday’s trading session with decreases on most indices, and the turnover amounted to 7.15 million RON (1.44 million EUR), after 30 minutes of trading.
The main index BET, which shows the evolution of the 20 most liquid companies, registered a decrease of 0.11%, while the BET-Plus index, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares of the BVB, registered a 0.12% decrease.
At the same time, the broad blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid stocks, lost 0.12%, while return benchmark index for stock investment funds BET-BK went down by 0.05%.
The BET-FI index of the five financial investment companies was up 0.15%, while the BET-NG index of 10 energy and utilities companies was down 0.19%.
The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 companies representative of the AeRO market, was up 0.28%.
According to BVB data, the largest increases in share value were recorded by Artego (+5.97%), Carbochim (+2.48%) and Rompetrol Rafinare (+2.14%).
On the other hand, the shares of Condmag (-7.69%), Chimcomplex Borzesti (-4.17%) and Aerostar (-2.67%) were on downward rend.
