Moldova’s foreign ministry condemns Russia’s barbaric behavior in Ukraine, according to a statement issued on Monday.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs and European Integration posted a statement on Facebook regarding the situation in Ukraine.

„During the 200 days of Russia’s war of aggression against Ukraine, thousands of innocent civilians were killed.

All those responsible must be held accountable for their actions in accordance with international law.

The civilian population continues to suffer heavy losses in this war, including as a result of the recent unjustified attacks on civilian infrastructure in Kharkiv, which left several regions of the neighboring country without electricity.

This barbaric behavior, in total disregard for civilian life, must stop immediately.”
