Fire on Arad-Oradea Regio train: 20 people plus staff evacuated and safe

A fire broke out on Friday morning on the Regio 3331 Arad – Oradea train, at the entrance to Oradea Vest station, all 20 passengers and train staff were evacuated, CFR Calatori announced, write Agerpres.

„CFR Calatori informs that this morning at the entrance to the station Oradea Vest there was a fire on the train Regio 3331 Arad – Oradea, being affected both railcars. The 20 passengers and railway staff are safe, the train being completely evacuated,” the railway company said. According to the quoted source, the causes of the fire will be established by the investigation commission.
