Almost 19 mln lei in subsidies transferred to parties in April

The Permanent Electoral Authority (AEP) transferred in April subsidies totaling 18,927,400 lei to the accounts of eight parties – Social Democratic Party (PSD), Alliance for the Unity of Romanians (AUR), National Liberal Party (PNL), Save Romania Union (USR), S.O.S. Romania, Party of Young People (POT), People’s Movement Party (PMP), Force of Right – in the amount of 18,927,400 lei.

According to the AEP website, the Social Democratic Party received 6,279,952 lei, the Alliance for the Unity of Romanians – 3,713,435 lei, the National Liberal Party – 3,419,022 lei, the Save Romania Union – 2,426,795 lei, S.O.S. Romania – 1,614,272 lei and the Party of Young People – 1,300,707 lei.

The People’s Movement Party also received subsidies – 88,849 lei and the Force of Right – 84,368 lei.
