INS says that during the year there are fluctuations in earnings determined, mainly, by the awarding of annual awards and holiday bonuses, especially in the months taken as a basis for comparison (December, March/April). They influence the increases or decreases depending on the period in which they are granted, leading, in the end, to the fading of the fluctuations of the monthly salary at the level of the whole year. The evolution of the real earning depends on both the fluctuations of the net average earning and the inflation rate.
