The participation rate in the Romanian Language and Literature written test within the National Baccalaureate Examination (June – July 2024 session), which took place on Monday, was 98.3%.
Thus, 123,583 candidates were present out of a total of 125,694 candidates registered to take this test.
According to a press release from the Ministry of Education, 2,077 candidates were declared absent, and 34 candidates were eliminated for fraud or attempted fraud.
On Tuesday, the mandatory test of the specialization is scheduled (subjects, depending on the specialization: Mathematics and History), and on Thursday, the choice test of the specialization will take place. The last written test – Mother tongue and literature – will take place on Friday.
The display of the first results (in exam centers and online) is scheduled for July 8 (until 12:00).
Complaints can be filed/transmitted on the same day, between 12:00 and 18:00, including by electronic means.
„Candidates contesting the initial evaluation result must complete, sign and submit/transmit by electronic means a standard declaration stating that they are aware that the grade awarded as a result of the resolution of the appeal may change, as the case may be, the initial grade, by increasing or decreasing”, says the same source.
The display of the final results is scheduled for July 12 (in exam centers and online).
In accordance with Art. 5 and of art. 6 of EU Regulation 2016/679 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation – GDPR), the results are displayed through anonymization of the name and first name of the candidate (codes).
