Bolojan – Plenkovic meeting on speeding up EU enlargement

Romania’s interim President Ilie Bolojan met on Thursday met with Croatian Prime Minister Andrej Plenkovic on the sidelines of an EPP summit.

„This morning, on the margins of the EPP summit, I met with Croatian PM Andrej Plenkovic. We discussed the situation in the Western Balkans and our coordinated actions, both bilaterally and at the EU level, to accelerate the enlargement process,” Bolojan wrote on Thursday in a social media post.

Also on Thursday, Bolojan, attending a European Council meeting in Brussels, Belgium, met Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis on the sidelines of the EPP summit.
