The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) opened Tuesday’s trading session with increases on most indices, and the turnover amounted to 4.1 million RON (824,576 EUR), after 30 minutes of trading.
The main BET index, which shows the evolution of the 20 most liquid companies, recorded an increase of 0.09%, while the BET-Plus index, which shows the evolution of the 43 most liquid shares of the BVB, was up 0.08%.
At the same time, the broad blue-chip index BET-XT, of the 25 most liquid stocks, gained 0.08%, while the benchmark for investment funds, BET-BK, increased 0.09%.
The BET-FI index of SIFs was down 0.16% and BET-NG, the index of 10 companies in the energy and utilities sector, went up 0.18%.
The BET AeRO index, which includes 20 companies representative of the AeRO market, decreased by 0.22%.
According to BVB data, the largest increases in share value were recorded by Mecanica Fina (+10.49%), Roca Industry Holdingrock1 (+2.65%) and Turism, Hoteluri, Restaurante Marea Neagra (+2.22%).
Conversely, the shares of Electrocontact Industrial Group (-9.09%), Green Tech International (-6.77%) and Purcari Wineries Public Company Limited (-2.52%) were on a downward trend.
