BVB stocks open Tuesday’s trading session higher

The Bucharest Stock Exchange (BVB) stocks opened higher on Tuesday on trades of RON 3.53 million (EUR 696,231) half an hour into the trading session.

The main BET index reflecting the developments in the 20 most liquid stocks rose by 0.16%, and the BET-Plus index reflecting the developments in the 43 most liquid BVB stocks advanced similarly.

The extended blue-chip BET-XT index of the 25 most liquid stocks went up 0.17%, and the BET-BK index, the Bucharest exchange trading benchmark index, went up 0.09%.

The BET-FI index of financial brokerage stocks increased by 0.29%, while BET-NG, the index of 10 energy and utilities stocks, increased by 0.26%.

The top three risers were Carbochim (+6.85%), Transilvania Investments Alliance S.A. (+5.16%) and SIF Hoteluri S.A. (+4.76%).

On the other hand, the top three fallers were Longshield Investment Group S.A. (-2.86%), One United Properties (-2.08%) and Sinteza S.A. (-1.96%).
