CORRESPONDENCE – The National News Agency of the United Arab Emirates has highlighted the visit of Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu

CORRESPONDENCE – ECOPOLITIC’s special correspondent Iulian Ionescu reports that the National News Agency of the United Arab Emirates has highlighted the visit of Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu’s to the country.

„The President, His Highness Sheikh Mohamed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, received today His Excellency Ion-Marcel Ciolacu, Prime Minister of Romania, who is on a working visit to the UAE.

During the meeting at Qasr Al Shati, His Highness welcomed the Romanian Prime Minister to the UAE and expressed his wish for a successful visit to advance ties between the two countries in all fields.

His Highness the President and the Romanian Prime Minister discussed opportunities to develop cooperation in various priority sectors, particularly in the economy and trade, in addition to renewable energy, food security and technology, in a way that would help support mutual investment in the two countries.

The two sides also reviewed and exchanged views on numerous regional and international issues of common concern, in particular de-escalation in the Middle East and efforts to defuse tensions, in addition to efforts to achieve a ceasefire in the Gaza Strip and improve the humanitarian response,” the article said.
