The vote was cast in secret, with balls.

On November 16, the Minister of Justice requested the Chamber of Deputies to approve the search in the case of Deputy Daniel Tudorache, following the request to this effect by the Prosecutor General of the Prosecutor’s Office next to the High Court of Cassation and Justice, in file no. 161/P/2020 of the DNA in which the MP is prosecuted for illegal and overvalued purchases during the COVID-19 pandemic.

On October 21, the DNA announced that the former mayor from Bucharest District 5 Marian Vanghelie and the former mayor from Bucharest District 1 Daniel Tudorache are being prosecuted in a file regarding illegal and overvalued purchases during the COVID-19 pandemic.
