Fondul Proprietatea, profit of 209.6 million RON in the first nine months

Fondul Proprietatea ended the first nine months of this year with a net profit of 209.6 million RON, compared to the 968.9 million-RON-loss in the similar period of 2023, infomrs a company report.

The company reported a loss of 3.3 million RON in the third quarter of 2024.

Gross dividend income totaled 145.8 million RON in the first nine months of this year and 0.5 million RON in the third quarter of 2024.

According to the report, the gross dividend income is mainly related to the amounts recorded as a result of dividends from CN Aeroporturi Bucuresti SA (80.4 million RON) and Societatea Nationala a Sarii SA (63.7 million RON).

The net fair value gains, through profit or loss at nine months to June 30, 2024 were mainly determined by the update of the valuations at June 30, 2024 for the largest unlisted participations in the Fund’s portfolio, mainly CN Aeroporturi Bucuresti SA (increase of 46.8 million RON) and Administratia Porturilor Maritime SA (increase of 21.1 million RON).
