The Government will adopt, at its meeting on Wednesday, several decisions on expropriation corridors for new motorway sections, prime minister Marcel Ciolacu said, adding that the projects are a section of the Transylvania Motorway and a segment of Bucharest north ring road.

„The government is continuing major investments in infrastructure. Today we are adopting several decisions on expropriation corridors for new motorway sections,” the prime minister said at the beginning of the Executive meeting.

He mentioned that, according to figures from the logistics industry, the 1,000 new kilometers of motorway started in 2016 and which will be ready in 2026 „bring 6 million square meters of logistics warehouses in Romania with multiplying economic effects”.
