The government demonstrates a firm commitment to protecting the environment and promoting a sustainable way of life, Prime Minister Marcel Ciolacu said on Thursday, on the occasion of the opening of the Green Energy Expo & Romenvirotec Fair, at Romexpo, in north Bucharest.
The Government, through the Chancellery of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of the Environment, Water and Forests, actively contributes to the largest fair of renewable energies and environmental protection in Romania – Green Energy Expo & Romenvirotec and the International Environment Forum, which started on Thursday, in Bucharest, it is shown in a statement sent to AGERPRES.
At the same time, the International Environmental Forum is taking place, the conference event that constitutes a valuable platform for the exchange of knowledge and good practices at the international level, the cited source shows.
Held between April 11-13, at the Romexpo Exhibition Center, over 150 international and local brands from the fields of energy and environmental protection, 40 international and local speakers, and technology and equipment demonstrations will take place at this fair outdoor area. The event will offer an impressive variety of stands and exhibitions, including large stands (400 square meters).
Simultaneously with the prestigious exhibition in the field of green energy and environmental protection, the International Environmental Forum is also taking place, organized by the magazine Infomediu Europa, in partnership with the Chancellery of the Prime Minister and the Ministry of the Environment, Waters and Forests. The event includes plenary sessions, workshops and discussion panels, with the aim of bringing together opinion leaders, international experts, Government representatives and private initiatives to debate and develop sustainable solutions for global environmental challenges.
