Below is the full text of the statement made by Luis-Vicențiu Lazarus (NI), an independent member of the European Parliament:
„I don’t know if you’ve seen it, but if you haven’t, take a look now. I noticed that, at this very moment, the pseudo-president Nicușor Dan is meeting with Romanian MEPs in Brussels.
But, curiously, I was not invited. Why was I not invited? Probably because I would have asked him the key question. What are you doing with the rockets, man? What’s the trick? Are you alone or with others? Bolodan or Bolovan? How are you doing this? Tell me what this is all about.
Or have you sorted out the sheep? Can we export them too? No. Still until September 30. Or have you sorted out the highway, man?
Can we go to the mountains and drive 40 kilometers in a few minutes too? So, they say they’re meeting to pull a fast one, have a discussion, an extraordinary solution to the problems on the European agenda.
Well, what are the issues on the European agenda? Come on, enlighten me. What are the issues on the agenda? Have you solved the digitization issue? Or, for you, digitization just means putting your ID on a card and digital wallet and taking cash out of circulation.
Have you solved transportation and agriculture? Have you solved it? No. Never mind, you’ll solve it with missiles,” says Lazarus.
