Independent Member of the European Parliament Luis-Vicențiu Lazarus (NI) appeals to officials in Brussels: We have a president who, for about a month now, has been unable to find a prime minister. I respectfully ask you to appoint a prime minister for us!
Below is the full statement by Luis-Vicențiu Lazarus (NI), an independent member of the European Parliament:
„As you know, Romania has finally elected its president. After a series of violations of the Constitution, which involved both the elimination of candidates and the effective cancellation of the elections, we finally have a president who, for about a month, has been unable to find a prime minister.
Since half of the Romanian people feel that you in Brussels and Strasbourg have appointed the president of Romania, I respectfully ask you to appoint a prime minister for us as well.
Appoint a prime minister for us so that Romania knows where it is going and what its economic and social life will be like.
Let us leave sovereignty aside, because I understand that sovereignty is no longer important and that, in any case, you dislike the kind of sovereignty that creates modern states and preserves traditions and customs.
That sovereignty which opposes the involvement of global governance institutions that come over us and dictate what we eat, how we eat, what we do, how long we stay at home, how much we spend, what money we spend, and ultimately dictate our entire lifestyle.
While globalism seems to be more fashionable, that globalism represents nothing more than a society in decline, a society that standardises.
