Moldova is facing unprecedented challenges, President of Moldova Maia Sandu said on Thursday at a joint news conference at the Cotroceni Presidential Palace in Bucharest, together with Romania’s President Klaus Iohannis, according to Agerpres.

She spoke about the support granted by Romania.

„We want to thank Romania for being our friend and advocate,” said Sandu.

She announced that next week Moldova’s new Prime Minister Dorin Recean will come to Bucharest.
